Webinology is the product of people learning from their experiences with websites and browser-based software delivery, both good and bad. While we’re very technical, we also understand the demands of business and the needs of those who keep companies running.
When you sign up with us, we’ve joined your team and are fully invested in your success.
We’ve built a lot of websites ourselves, including custom development and special cloud configurations. We’ve also hosted and managed every site we ever developed.
Our goal is to make it easier for you to develop and maintain a website.
If you’re a website developer, then focus on making the best site you can for your clients. Leave the rest to us: server security, backups, plugin updates, performance monitoring. We’ll do the housekeeping so you can concentrate on what you do best and enjoy the most.

Webinology was founded by a team that once worked together in the service of the City of Chattanooga. We knew that someday we’d all seek new challenges. But we also knew that we wanted the team to stay together.
As employees of the City of Chattanooga, we built, deployed, and maintained a number of websites that you may know. We share this information as part of our collective resume; this group of people has been doing enterprise-level WordPress for much longer than we’ve been “Webinology”.

Kenn Kitchen
Kenn has 30+ years in enterprise IT, where his roles ranged from operations to systems administration to being a team leader and an executive manager. Much of his time was spent at the City of Chattanooga, doing for them what he now does for you. Kenn is an expert with LAMP/LEMP, Docker, Linux, and deploying with AWS and Digital Ocean. Webinology is the realization of his life-long dream.
Donald Tiller
Like most of us, Donald comes from a development background. Much of the work he has done in his career has been with Finance and HR, and through this he has learned both sides of business operations. His background makes him an indispensable resource for Webinology operations. We wouldn’t be here without his hard work.
Diedra Smith
Diedra has done a lot during her 35+ years as an IT analyst/developer, including: Leading 15+ business applications; programming languages from COBOL to ReactJS; technologies from IBM CICS to WordPress; operating systems from IBM mainframe to Linux; databases from Oracle Rdb to MongoDB. And she’s still going strong!
