We’ve mad a few dashboard enhancements for our clients, representing the first few steps of our efforts to make your Webinology WordPress dashboard an access point for all of our services.
Our new dashboard widget not only shows you the latest posts from our WordPress blog but also provides links to some of our most useful services.
Our video tutorials explain every aspect of using WordPress. Not only can you access them via the link in our dashboard widget, they also show up whenever you’re doing anything in WordPress. They’re context-sensitive, meaning that the right videos for what you’re trying to do appear right where you are, when you need them.
Our billing dashboard gives you access to your hosting and maintenance charges, and the support link gives you direct access to the team for any questions you might have.
Finally, there’s a link to our PDF eBook that dives in-depth into all aspects of using WordPress.
Another new enhancement is our real-time uptime stats. You can access these from your WordPress dashboard by clicking the “Webinology” link in the left-side menu.
We hope this screen is so boring that you rarely want to access it because it should show you that your site has 100% uptime! These statistics are provided by a 3rd-party monitoring service, Pingdom, and we have no ability to alter them. This is just a way for us to be transparent with our valued customers. Through this service, we check your site once per minute, every minute of every day, from two randomized locations in the United States and Europe. In the unlikely event that there’s an issue with your site, our team is immediately alerted.
These enhancements are just the beginning of what we have planned for our clients. Please let us know what you think, and tell us what you’d like to see next.
