Deployment Options

The VM (Virtual Server) is where your WordPress websites will live. The VM provides the processing power and memory necessary to run PHP, the language in which WordPress is written. It also houses Nginx, the gateway to your WordPress website.
Your database contains all of the content of your website (except for media uploads)... that's all of the pages, the posts, the comments, customers, and purchase history, just to name a few. A stand-by node means that your database remains available in the event that the primary node is temporarily unavailable.

Terms and Conditions

Term

This Agreement shall be effective starting today and shall continue in full force until terminated (“Term”) by either party.

Payment

The Client (you) agrees to pay the amount shown above for the Services of the Host (that's us) for the entire Term. The Client will be billed upon the commencement of this Agreement, and charges will recur monthly until canceled.

Ownership

The Client shall own all rights, interests, and titles over the content produced during the implementation of the Services. The Host reserves ownership over the source codes and algorithms used to carry out the Services.

Confidential Information

Both Parties are bound to the obligation not to disclose all confidential information used for the Services. Violation of this provision leads to the immediate termination of this Agreement.

Warranty

Each party warrants that it is authorized and has the right to enter into this Agreement. The Host shall not be liable for the damages on the system intentionally caused by the Client or by unauthorized third parties.

Relationship

The Parties agree that each shall act as independent contractors and no provision in this Agreement is to be construed to create a partnership of any sort.

Termination

This Agreement shall terminate without any notice if the Client ceases monthly recurring payments. However, either party can terminate this Agreement when one party forwards a written termination notice to the other, seven (7) days before the intended date.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the state laws of Tennessee, United States.

Deployment Options

Here you can select the size of your server (VM) and database instance. If you clicked through from one of the plans on the front page, both VM and Database will be pre-selected for you.

A Database Stand-By Node gives you automatic failover in the event of a problem with your database instance.

The Total (per month) is displayed in USD at the bottom of the Deployment Options section. If you want additional servers (VMs), click the “Add Another Server” button and you’ll get another Deployment Options section for each new VM/Database you wish to deploy.

This is the easy part (assuming you know where you live!) If you’re a business, please enter your company name as well.
